Hair Free Care Free was founded in 1960 by Julie Ann Gordon,C.C.E., C.P.E., F.E.S.A. C.L.S. For over 40 years, Julie Ann has been a certified electrologist with a track record and expertise that all those initials after her name are well deserved. Julie Ann is the industry expert in removing unwanted facial and body hair. She does this by using cutting-edge electrolysis and laser hair removal techniques. Julie Ann solves any difficult hair problem for both men and women.
